Shipping Method

All domestic orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. All Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS International First Class Mail. The average in transit time is 2 to 3 days (5 to 7 days to Canada). USPS delivers to PO Boxes and military addresses. USPS also makes Saturday deliveries.

Shipping Charges

All orders within US and Canada will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.95. Please contact us for international shipping rates. All items will ship within 2 business days.

Sales Tax

Customers in Arizona will be charged sales tax at 8.35%.

Return Policy

EHCOTECH LLC is proud to offer a 12-month unconditional warranty on all items. Unused items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of the invoice date. All returned items must be in new condition without signs of use or installation. If your item does not meet these criteria, a refund will not be issued and the item will be returned at the customer’s expense. All return shipments must be prepaid and insured by the sender. No CODs will be accepted.
